Payment and refunds

Refund requests are subject to what is agreed with the customer before work starts. Agree the price and scope before work starts, and review the result with the technician before paying.

Free follow-up visit within 30 days

• If a problem or damage related to our work appears, tell us on WhatsApp within 30 days of the work, with a description and photos if possible.
• We arrange a follow-up visit to inspect it, with no charge for the visit.
• If more work turns out to be needed, we explain its price and scope, and nothing starts without your approval.
• The visit covers issues related to that work only, not new unrelated problems.

Note

Apart from the free follow-up visit, Al-Dirsan does not provide warranties or refund undertakings; work is carried out by contracted technicians and contractors.
